1) How are payments structured?

Monthly payments at the beginning of each month

A lump sum payment ever six months. A 5% discount is applied with this option

2) How do I pay my rent?
⦁ Payment Plan Option 1:
Rent can be paid via Cozy which is an online rent collecting website. This method is like services like Venmo.
⦁ Payment Plan Option 2:
Rent can physically be collected by the property manager.
3) Can I use my financial aid for rent?
Yes, we know how student loans work and understand that you may not be able to make payments until you are reimbursed. We offer a flexible payment plans that will meet your needs.
4) Do I have an assigned Parking spot?
Yes, each apartment will be assigned several parking spots for you and your guests to use. Off street parking is not an issue for our apartments. We have plenty!
5) Are apartments furnished?
All apartments can be furnished upon request. Some apartments must be rented furnished. For some apartments it will be your decision if you want it furnished or not
6) How long do the leases last?
Leases are a full 12 months which means you have access to it all year and don’t need to bring your belongings home between years and semesters. Beware – Other apartments may charge you the equivalent of a full year lease but will only allow you access for 10 months.
7) Do I need renters insurance?
We suggest renter’s insurance, but do not require it, incase an unforeseen disaster occurs that results in personal property damage that isn’t covered by our homeowner insurance plan. Example: Leak in roof destroys your laptop. Plans can be found as low as $5 a month.
8) Can I sublet my apartment?
Apartments can be sublet with landlord approval. The landlord does not have to allow the tenant to sublet. Please contact us for more information.
9) Are pets allowed
No pets of any kind are allowed. Having pets on the premises, even temporarily, will result in a fine and possible eviction without return of rent.
10) What is included in my rent?
All apartments offer free laundry, free parking, free garbage, and fee water. If you rent an apartment with utilities included, we pay heat, electricity, and internet. If an apartment is NOT rented with utilities included you are reasonable for heat, electricity, and internet. If you rent an apartment fully furnished, we will supply all furniture for every room.
